📄️ Getting Started with the UI
Essential guide to using Zenlytic's interface and features
📄️ Zoë
Zoë is an AI data analyst who uses your cognitive layer to answer questions about your data for you. This will describe some of her capabilities, and how to use her.
📄️ Slice and Explore
The Slice and Explore Metrics question lets you answer the "What" questions about your data. You can get to this question by searching your data, clicking on a metric, or following up from a dashboard. Once in the Slice and Explore interface, you can do several operations on your data.
📄️ Explain Change
The explain change question lets you dig into the "Why" behind your changing metrics. You can get to an explain change question by dragging over a plot or by changing the question type to "Explain change."
📄️ Analyze Baskets
The analyze baskets question lets you quickly look at baskets of goods customers purchase from you. For example, you could figure out which two products your customers most often buy together to better inform how you promote bundles of products or organize your online store.
📄️ Funnel
The funnel question lets you quickly look at sequences of customer interactions. This can be anything in your database like individual clicks on your site, marketing/sales touch points, or orders. For example, you could figure out how many customers after making an order through a paid channel come back and make another order from any channel.
📄️ Settings
This section covers basic admin operations in Zenlytic. To get to your workspace's settings, you'll go to settings in the upper right of your page. Note: If you don't see settings as pictured below, you'll need to ask your workspace admin to give you admin permissions.
📄️ User Attributes
This section covers how to set user attributes. User attributes are how users are assigned permissions that control their access to data (using access controls).
