📄️ Viewing Run History
The Run History tab provides a list of previous runs of the currently selected Workflow. By clicking on a run on the left-hand side, the conversation preview on the right-hand side will change to show that previous run’s conversation history.
📄️ Requiring User Inputs
Inputs are used to collect information from the user before the Workflow begins. Consider the following example, where Zoe is taking a look at products in a week over week analysis. With inputs, it's possible to make this Workflow run differently depending on the user's input.
📄️ Publish a Workflow to your Workspace
By default, Workflows are private to you, however we can allow others in our organization to run and extend our Workflows when they are ready. The following image shows the “Publish Workflow" popover that appears after clicking “Publish” in the Workflow Builder Header.
📄️ Schedule Delivery to Email or Slack
Next to the Run Preview "Play" button, we can click “Schedule Delivery” to open a modal for managing delivery schedules for this Workflow. By default, there will be no schedules, so click “Create New Delivery” to get started.
