📄️ Getting Started with Development
Essential setup guide for your local development environment
📄️ Git (version control)
To start with your Zenlytic data model, you'll need a GitHub repo (or any git repo that can use SSH as a connection method). If you don't already have one, you can create an account and a repo with GitHub. If you already use dbt, you'll have a GitHub repo already set up, and you can add your Zenlytic data model to that repo.
📄️ Database connections
There are two ways to connect to your data warehouse. One through Zenlytic for your official reporting, and one locally in the same way you connect with dbt (if you use dbt).
📄️ Command Line Interface
After installation, there are a few cli methods Zenlytic's metrics layer provides using its cli ml.
